     With New Year Resolution Frenzies on the horizon and everyone wanting to get a grip on their fitness goals, I couldn't be happier to be invited to attend Belk's Healthy Living #FitFest on Saturday January 3rd in Birmingham at the Riverchase Galleria location! I've got lots of fitness goals for 2015 and I'm ready to get started!

What is Belk's Healthy Living Fit Fest?
     One of the South's Premier Retail Stores will be holding a a series of fitness events throughout several states on January 3rd. These events will include:

* Free mini fitness classes: whether it’s a 15 minute fitness boot camp in the parking lot, a 10 minute yoga stretching class by the fitness apparel, or a 5 minute dance session designed to get you moving, there’s some kind of class lead by a local fitness expert for you!

* Health conscious food sampling: samples will be offered – think granola, fruit, smoothies, juice, and protein bars! Select locations will even have a Cuisinart demo not to be missed.

* Cosmetics sampling: try popular skin and body care products.

* Shoe fittings: how to pick the right shoe for your workout style? Our associates have you covered. Get fitted with the right advice!

* Rock star brands supporters of this event? Under Armour and KIND bars.

* Store promotions – January 1-7 (Thursday through Wednesday) you can:

Earn double points with your Belk Rewards or Premier Rewards Card
Earn triple points with your Belk Elite Rewards Card
